Etalian

ETalian is a fresh, casual wood-burning Pizzeria and Cafe open daily that serves individual pizzas.  We also serve Bomboloni- Italian stuffed doughnuts, crepes, egg wraps, salads, cheesy bread, espresso, cappuccino, latte, milkshakes, icey, and gelato. The pizza crust is soft with a center that is easy to fold and bubbly charred edges. Made with ''00" pizza flour along with water, sea salt, and yeast. Cooked in a wood-fired oven for 60-90 seconds.
