The Healing Studio

The Healing Studio intends to bring a new kind of wellness to the area. One that focuses more on the nervous system, the emotional body, the energetic body, and less on the physical. We know that no matter how well you eat and exercise, if you are stuck in fight or flight, harboring anger and resentments, getting entangled with your inner critic, or reacting constantly to triggers in your environment, you can not be truly well and at ease in your life. Our goal is to create a space of safety, where each individual feels heard and witnessed in their totality. Our wide variety of services will accommodate almost every need, teaching you new ways of coping, healing, and taking care of yourself. Our focus on nervous system regulation will teach you how to feel safe, at ease and present in your body. Our sound baths will balance and soothe your energetic body, and bring it back into harmony. Our workshops will open your mind to new ways of thinking, living, and being. Our retail selections will have something for everyone, whether it be a crystal that supports you in your daily life, or an oracle deck that speaks to your soul and offers guidance outside of the studio. We have high hopes that at the Healing Studio to create something that truly makes a difference, not only in the individual, but in the community as a whole.
