Changes Salon serves guests throughout Chagrin Falls and the Greater Cleveland East Side, with most of our clients coming from Chagrin Falls, Bainbridge, Solon, Aurora, Chesterland, Moreland Hills, Pepper Pike, Bentleyville, and Twinsburg. Many of our guests travel from across Northeast Ohio for the Changes experience.
Changes Salon was founded in 1996 with a simple vision: to create a space where people could not only love their hair but also feel seen, cared for, and empowered. What began as a cozy 700-square-foot salon with six chairs has grown into a beautiful 2,700-square-foot luxury salon in the heart of Chagrin Falls, built on education, connection, and community.
Over the years, we’ve cultivated a team of passionate stylists who believe in ongoing growth—both personally and professionally. Education is the heartbeat of our salon; we developed a nationally recognized Associate Program that bridges the gap between cosmetology school and salon life, earning us recognition as a Salon Today Top 200 salon for our commitment to staff development and guest experience.
Today, Changes Salon continues to thrive as a place where guests can experience luxury and leave empowered.
