Hailey went above and beyond my expectations for what a haircut could be. It wasn’t simply clippers and combs - it transcended that. Hailey provided a world class, comfortable, and luxury experience. It was similar to eating at a Michelin star restaurant, and Hailey was the chef. I couldn’t recommend Changes Salon, and Hailey more highly!
